• Glass pieces can be inscribed with a message. This can be done by telephone or via e-mail. The normal charge of $35 will be waived if you purchase an item shown on the web site.

Shipping is via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  If the container arrives damaged, open it in the driver's presence to check the condition of the art itself. If you are not able to do this, note damage to the package when signing for the delivery. If possible, obtain photos of the damage before opening. Keep all packing materials, any damaged art and file a claim with the shipper immediately. Please call the studio to let us know what has happened.
